Step 1 Initial Consultation
Online consultation with our Retrofit Assessor carrying out a basic assessment of your home, estimate costs and discuss next steps.
Step 2 Home Survey & Report
A full home survey, including full thermal analysis, building fabric and heating system examination, carried out by a Retrofit Assessor /Engineer. This baseline assessment informs our full Home Energy Report recommending a fully bespoke package of measures to bring your home up to a deep retrofit standard.
Step 3 Design
Once you are satisfied with the recommendations in the Home Energy Report, we can start work on designing your energy efficient retrofit.
Step 4 The Energy Retrofit Project
We prepare contracts for your retrofit and a programme of works (start date, end date, milestones etc) is agreed with you and the appointed contractor. Works commence and your Retrofit Assessor/Engineer carries out an interim check on the retrofit works in progress and a detailed final inspection once the project is completed.
We will provide you with a detailed Homeowner Manual, explaining everything you need to know about running and maintaining your new energy system, and a new EPC certificate showing your energy rating.
