Step 1 Initial Consultation
Online consultation with our Retrofit Assessor carrying out a comprehensive assessment of your home, estimate costs and discuss next steps. This 40 minute online meeting will include tailored and impartial guidance based on information you provide to us about your home, enabling you towards improved home energy efficiency and retrofit. To take the next step Book Here.
Step 2 Home Survey & Report
A full home survey, including full thermal analysis, building fabric and heating system examination, carried out by a Retrofit Assessor. This baseline assessment informs our full Home Energy Report recommending a fully bespoke package of measures to bring your home up to a deep retrofit standard.
Step 3 Design
Once you are satisfied with the recommendations in the Home Energy Report, we can start work on designing your energy efficient retrofit.
Step 4 The Energy Retrofit Project
We prepare contracts for your retrofit and a programme of works (start date, end date, milestones etc) is agreed with you and the appointed contractor. Works commence and your Retrofit Assessor/Engineer carries out an interim check on the retrofit works in progress and a detailed final inspection once the project is completed.
We will provide you with a detailed Homeowner Manual, explaining everything you need to know about running and maintaining your new energy system, and a new EPC certificate showing your energy rating.
